We are Alanbrooke Stud, we are a small stud in Wiltshire.
My name is Roy and my Wifes name is Tina.
I started having guinea pigs (Cavies) when i was a boy these were mainly pets, by the age of 13 i was intoduced in to showing and breeding, my main breed was Peruvian's getting my first line from a lady breeder who had started many years before and she with her wisdom and knowledge taught me how to look after these animals and how to groom them in preparation to showing them, aswell as the proper way to breed.
I also had Coronets, shelties and texels, so its obvious my love is for the long haireds, Ive had a break in the fancy but in January of 2005 i decided to start up again and this time with my Partner who had never had Cavies until then.
I got in touch with the lady breeder who i got my Peruvian's from when i was a boy and got some off of her.
I specialise in Peruvian's and Texel's and Tina specialises in the Rex and Teddies
